over solid substrates at the base of walls and foundations where standing water is only semi-permanent
over solid substrates around window reveals and penetrations to prevent water ingress
Parapets, plinths and walls where standing water is only semi-permanent
can be trowel of brush applied in 2 coats
Can be over coated once dry
